What You Need to Know

At Restorative Roots, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent.


All refunds must be postmarked in 30 days of the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions.

Returned Process

To return an item, please email the customer service ( contact button)  to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number we will email you the return process and the return package slip. Please place the item(s) in the original packaging.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your  credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
